In 2002, Mark Davies completed complicated surgery on my left ankle following a snowboarding incident that resulted in a fractured Talus bone. To this day, I have not experienced any discomfort from the injury, and continue to have an active and physical lifestyle. The results were amazing and even after 17 years, I still cannot thank Mr Davies enough.

I think Mark stated that my ankle injury was something that he had only seen twice before, and was considered complicated to resolve.

In addition, I had been referred to two separate surgeons that stated that the best option was to fuse the ankle at 90 degrees – this would have been a life-changer, had it not been for Mark.

I recently met a couple at a local restaurant near Bristol, who in conversation mentioned that their son had sustained a similar injury on a Motocross bike.

They were having problems finding a surgeon that would undertake the injury without fusing the ankle. I recommended Mark Davies and they made appointment to see him at LFAC. I have since received a thank you message from them, as again, Mark prevented a life changer.
