Mr David Redfern
David Redfern graduated from The London Hospital Medical College in 1993 and continued his postgraduate training in London and Cambridge. Mr Redfern completed fellowships at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, USA and the Avon Orthopaedic Unit, Bristol. In 2004, Mr Redfern was appointed Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals where he runs a specialist foot and ankle service. He has extensive experience in the treatment of foot and ankle disorders, trauma and sports injuries, including arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgery. He lectures and trains surgeons nationally and internationally in minimally invasive surgical techniques and has published internationally on foot and ankle surgery. Mr Redfern is Chair of the Scientific Committee of the European Foot & Ankle Society.
